THE MUSIC DECADENCE

It all started back then in the Pisces Era…2000 years of spirituality, mysticism, inspiration, sensitivity, romanticism, sentimentality and deep emotions (the traits of Pisces and its ruler Neptune)…Jesus Christ, Bach, Beethoven, Liszt, Chopin, Haydn, Mozart, Shakespeare, Da Vinci, Michelangelo…hundreds of representatives of spirituality, sensitivity, mysticism, romanticism, sentimentality and deep emotions…the Era of the ideal love between man and woman, the Era of the purest relationship with God, the Era of the most beautiful harmonies and melodies in music, the Era of the most luminous poems and paintings…the Pisces Era…the sensitivity and sentimentality that filled many eyes with tears and many hearts with beautiful ideals and dreams…the Pisces Era…

Then, all of a sudden, the Aquarius Era came into play…the Aquarius Era…the Era of rebellion, individualism, egoism, independence, populism, perversion and homosexuality (the traits of Aquarius and its ruler Uranus) came into play…it was the 1960s decade, the decade when the Aquarius Era dawned on the horizon…all kind of things started to go astray, and it was the beginning, the very beginning…it was just dawning…still a long way from its zenith which is yet to come sometime into the future, if we get to that future…the Aquarius Era…the unsentimental Aquarius Era…

The spirituality and mystical magic of the musicians and artists of the Pisces Era made them produce quality music compositions full of inspiration, as well as outstanding poems and paintings. They were musicians and artists full of soul. What the people of the Aquarius Era have in mind is computers, materialism and money, being this the reason why the songs, poems and paintings that come of them have less soul and less magic. Due to this fact, the majority of the songs made in this Aquarius Era have melodies and harmonies stolen from the soulful songs of the end of the Piscean Era, that is, the 40s and 50s and 60s. You can hardly listen to one song made during these days of the Aquarius Era that you cannot tell which song of the 40s, 50s and 60s it was stolen from. It would be all right if a version of one of the songs of the 40s, 50s and 60s was made and then called with the same name as the original, as a cover version it is, but harmonies and melodies are stolen, another song is made with them and finally is called with another name.

The music revolution of the 60s took place while the Pisces Era was changing to the Aquarius Era. One Era was merging with the other. Two Eras were melting into one another. Because of this unusual fact, this music revolution had traits of both Eras. It had the spirituality, mysticism and inspiration of the Pisces Era and the rebellion and independence of the Aquarius Era. The result was a hybrid state of transition. Due to the fact that it takes some twenty years before an Era is fully replaced by another, we had two decades of good rock music, with the quality of the music of the Pisces Era and the rebellion and revolution of the Aquarius Era mixed together. The homosexuality inherent to the Aquarius Era was only showing in few bands, whilst the great majority of bands and musicians were sticking to the heterosexual pattern of the Pisces Era.
After these two decades elapsed, we were left with the full traits of non-spirituality, materialism, rebellion, independence and homosexuality of the Aquarius Era. The Pisces Era was gone. From then on, the songs that were made reflected these traits, and the more we got away from the two merging decades, the more these traits were reflected. The music decadence was starting, as well as the decadence in any other field of art. There is no music or art in computers and materialism.

Another reason for the music decadence we are going through is the technological advancements creating devices and programs that allow non-musicians to play and non-singers to sing. These advancements are incorporated in the new generations of keyboards and have been assimilated by recording studios. Due to these new generations of keyboards with all these technological advancements, pianos are gradually disappearing and non-musicians prefer buying one of these keyboards where they could create some music, rather than a piano where their non-musicianship would come to light.
There are special programs that clean the voice of non-singers and reshape it so as to make it sound reasonable. Recording studios have assimilated these programs. At the same time, new devices containing these technological advancements are being used in live performances by non-singers. In much the same way as pianos are being replaced by the new generations of keyboards full of technological advancements for the non-musician, acoustic guitars are being replaced by the new generations of electric guitars with powerful humbuckers, fast tremolos, almost fret touching light strings, thin fingerboards, etc., that help non-guitarist to play. These guitars help non-guitarist produce the music that they could never dream to produce on the heavy nylon strings of an acoustic spanish guitar or the heavy bronze strings of a flattop acoustic guitar.

A big reason behind the music decadence we are going through is that many owners and directors of record firms that because of being frustrated musicians of the 60s and 70s who could not succeed, block and stop real talents from being produced, because having a good talent produced would hurt their frustrated ego. They prefer producing a female singer with a good body, even though she might be untalented as a singer, because they know that a female singer with a good body would sell even though she might not have the slightest idea about singing, and so the frustrated ego of the owner or the director of the record firm would not be hurt.

The homosexuality inherent to the Aquarius Era is just starting…in 50 years time, homosexuality will be the normality and heterosexuality will become something abnormal. Then, after homosexuality gets hold of the Planet, people will become bored and will look for forms of sexuality that have an even bigger aberration…who knows what the innovative sexuality of the Aquarius Era will become…also, the populism inherent to the Aquarius Era is making sure that inferior people get empowered in all fields of society while superior people are getting handcuffed and kept aside, so doing bringing decadence to all fields of society… What is the result of the populism of the Aquarius Era? Presidents that are not Presidents, Ministers that are not Ministers, musicians that are not musicians, singers that are not singers, poets that are not poets, fathers that are not fathers, sons that are not sons, men that are not men, women that are not women, religious people that are not religious people, human beings that are not human beings and so on and on and on…this means decadence in all fields of life…

It is also interesting to observe that Aquarius used to be ruled by Saturn, the planet of destruction and death, prior to discovering Uranus. The Aquarius Era will bring many destructions, one of them known as Armageddon. Other destructions will be moral, spiritual, social, familiar, artistic, religious, cultural, etc., etc.
